WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OUT OF?

Our Plain Jane pieces are 94% Modal + 6% Spandex to give it that little stretch it needs. 

 


CARE FOR ITEM

We suggest you to machine wash cold then lay flat to dry. We wanted to make these items not only soft + comfy-but durable enough for a little one to play in. All of the fabric is pre-shrunk! So as long as the care label is followed you should have minimal shrinkage. 


RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will be satisfied with your Plain Jane items; however if you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know so we can address your concerns. Every Plain Jane garment is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to you. Only unworn/unwashed items can be returned within 10 days of the date your order was delivered. A $7 restock fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label provided to you.

DEFECTIVE ITEM IN ORDER

We pride ourselves in creating quality pieces and inspect each item before shipping it to you. That being said, human error does occur and we are happy to help with any unwashed/unworn defective pieces. If you notice your item is not up to standard, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item at: hello@shopplainjane.com

 


TYPICAL SHIPPING PROCESS

All orders take about 24 hours to process (excluding weekends, holidays, launch weeks). Once your order is processed it will be shipped via first class mail or UPS ground, which usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, be sure to check your spam folder for updates regarding your order.

During launch weeks and sales, shipping may be delayed 1-2 weeks due to increased order volume. We will keep you in the loop via Instagram and our email newsletter!

Yes! We are currently shipping within the US and Canada! Shipping costs vary by locationyour shipping rate will apply at checkout. Feel free to contact us via email if you have any specific requests or questions about shipping.

WHERE IS PLAIN JANE MADE?

For 9 years, we took pride in crafting our products in the USA, utilizing imported yarn. However, due to domestic production constraints and escalating costs, we made the decision in May 2024 to transition our production to Asia, our commitment to producing quality products remains the same and we are grateful for resourceful and trusted partners overseas.
