WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED ANY EMAILS CONFIRMING MY ORDER OR SHIPPING YET?
Check your spam folder. You should receive one email from us confirming your order and another when your order ships, with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are here to help at firstname.lastname@example.org. Updates are also available on your account if you made one at checkout.
LOST or DELAYED PACKAGE
Plain Jane is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If a package says that it has been delivered, it is the customers responsibility to contact USPS/UPS to locate the package AND file a claim within the claim window. Be sure to check your tracking information to see where the package shows delivered. For example USPS/UPS could have delivered your package to your front porch instead of a mailbox. Be sure to thoroughly check the perimeter of your home for the package. We've found it helpful to contact USPS/UPS directly to ask the driver if they recall where they placed the package.
If you notice your package shows shipped but it is not updating or delayed, please note that during launch weeks or holiday seasons there can be minor delays. If it shows the same shipping status for more than 8 days please contact us at email@example.com.
Domestic Orders: Shipments to all 48 continental states will be made via USPS first class or priority based upon the weight of the package. (approx 2-4 business days ) at $5.95 upon shipment. We offer shipments to Hawaii and Alaska under USPS Priority mail (approx 2-5 business days). Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. This timeline does not include weekends.
International Orders: We currently only ship to Canada. If you are outside of the US, we offer several shipping options via USPS. Transit times vary from 2+ weeks based on your location and the option you choose. If shipping USPS First Class International, the transit time is approx 2-3+ weeks. Customers are also responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
*Please note, if you ordered a product during a launch, restock, or sale (including Black Friday and Cyber Monday) you may experience more delays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. Thank you!
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
Yes! We currently only ship to Canada for our international orders. With USPS First Class International, please be advised that you are responsible for your country's customs fees and delays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase on unwashed/unworn items, in the original packaging with all tags in place, within 15 days of your arrival date. Any shipping charges will not be returned. There is a $7 restock fee when returning an item that will be deducted from your total refund. This restocking fee helps cover the return shipping on your item.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. We process returns every Friday. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
Preorders: We understand that these do not apply to the traditional guidelines. With a preorder item, all returns must be initiated within 10 days of the package delivery date.
